In October 2012 UpArrow Consulting completed a successful training contract with the Department of Treasury, Perth. UpArrow Consulting were responsible for completing and delivering the training plan and for training delivery. Over 500 Treasury and Government agency users were trained using a blended training approach that included classroom based training and online training videos. Over 3 hours of online content was made available in bite size chunks. Government agency users in remote locations opted to either attend the classroom training or be sent the training videos.

WoodsideEnergy

In April 2011 UpArrow Consulting delivered Train the Trainer sessions to Procurement Specialists and Contract Specialists at Woodside Energy for the purpose of delivering the Supply Chain Basics, 2 hour supply chain policy and procedure course. The Supply Chain Specialists were able to build on the existing relationship Supply Chain have with the business and provide meaningful business scenarios and stories to engage learners. Two e-learning modules were developed, one for new starters and another as a refresher.

In January 2010 UpArrow Consulting delivered SAP ECC6.0 Project Systems training to DPB Perth. Training occurred over 5 days with sessions chunked between 2 - 4 hours per day to facilitate retention. Participants were able to apply what they had learn't immediately.

WestNetInsfrastructureGroup

In April 2010 UpArrow Consulting produced a series of e-Learning modules for WestNet Rail's roll-out of LiveLink. LiveLink is collaboration and knowledge management software.

In January 2010 UpArrow Consulting delivered procurement policy and process training to WestNet Infrastructure Group in Perth. Over 70 employees and contractors were trained in a 90 minute workshop/information session environment that focussed on a number of questions employees had around the timing of creating a goods receipt.

In December 2009 UpArrow Consulting delivered cost centre, profit centre and project manager training to WestNet Infrastructure Group in Perth. Over 50 managers were trained in key reports that allowed them to drill down and understand the costs and their source. Managers left the 2 hour session understanding SAP ECC6.0 functionality and how the running of reports fits into the end of month process.
